This is a
playground to test code. It runs a full
Node.js environment and already has all of
npm’s 400,000 packages pre-installed, including
lumus with all
npm packages installed. Try it out:
lumus lists no main file and has no index.js, so it can't be directly required. If this is a mistake, please let us know. It may however contain internal files that you can require manually:

To install Transmission, use AppStore. Make sure you have

To install and run Lumus, run this in console.
sudo apt-get -y --purge remove node
sudo apt-get -y install nodejs npm git

Navigate to [http://[Your Device IP or HostName]:3001](http://[Your Device IP or HostName]:3001)
Install and configure
sudo npm install -g forever
sudo npm install -g forever-service
sudo update-rc.d lumus defaults
To start for the first time, you can use
sudo service lumus start
Check the logfile
/var/log/lumus.log if something doesn't work as expected.
Windows support for Transmission is not yet official, but there is an unofficial port here.
Download and install with node.js installer.
There is no windows installer yet, so you need to use command line.
Open command line
npm install -g lumus
Run the application
Browse the application url in your webbrowser.
Use correct ip address or hostname instead of localhost if you installed the application on a dedicated server.
Optionally, you may want to install Kodi to get automatic library updates and notifications from Lumus.
